Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Now we have a promotion where you can get free shipping on orders over $28.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders will be despatched within 2-5 working days of them being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Due to COVID-19, the time can be extended by 3-5 days. Delivery Details can be found by clicking on the ShippingPolicy

What shipping carriers do you use?

Free shipping: We will use the local courier supported.

Express: We will use USPS, DHL and FedEx.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after it is placed. However, due to unusually long processing times related to COVID-19, we now allow you to cancel your order if it has not yet been assigned a tracking number. If your order is already assigned a tracking number, it has already been sent out and we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it.

I received a defective item.

We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend it. It is simple to return any unwanted items back to us. Please see our Returns page.

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@zzrhome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
